So I haven’t been intentional with taking “progress pictures”, but I stumbled across the photo on the left this weekend, and noticed a difference I want to share. During that time, probably 9 months ago, I wasn’t being diligent about my skin care routine, and frankly, was hardly doing it at all.

The picture on the right is from this morning. I’ve been very intentional with using my skin care products daily - including my eye cream - for 2 months now.
.
Both pictures are bare faced, and what really caught my eye was how less “carved out” my under eye area looks. It’s hard to see a difference in my skin because the lighting is so different, but I know from then to now that my makeup goes on smoother, I tend to break out less, and overall my skin just feels healthier.

Skincare is so important and really does lay the foundation for your makeup routine. Or, even if you’re not a makeup user, it can be the difference between feeling “meh” and feeling radiant with a bare face.
